Damco muffin/cupcake mix 10 kg

This mix can be used in many ways. You can use the mix not only for cupcakes and muffins, but also, for example, for plate cake.

How to make tasty cupcakes with this mix? For this you need:
2.200 g   Muffin/ cupcake mix
800 g       butter or margarine
650 g        whole egg
400 g      water

Make the butter creamy. Then add the Muffin/Cupcake with the egg and water. Mix the masse for 2 minutes with the butterfly in second gear. Then pipe the batter into cupcake moulds (± 50g in standard muffin tin).

The oven temperatures are as follows:

*Oven temperature conventional oven top:  ca. 170°C
Under ca. 170°C
Oven temperature conventional oven fixed: ca. 170°C

The baking time is ca. 35 minutes.

*Baking ground of each type of oven differs. Set hot air oven ± 20°C lower.

Use advice:
Mix the Muffin mix with oil. Then add the water and egg and mix the mixture for 2 minutes with the butterfly in second gear. Then pipe the batter into muffin trays.
Baking temperature:190°C. Baking time : ± 25 minutes.

Storage advice: cool and dry Store (15-20°C)
