Brand New Cake Chocolate Dye Lime Green 11ml
Create a lime green cake, muffin or doughnut with this handy chocolate dye. So although it is a chocolate dye, you can also use it to colour all kinds of other greasy masses. That's because this dye is oil-based. When you want to colour chocolate lime green, go for white chocolate. This is because it is quite difficult to colour milk or dark chocolate because of its dark colour.

This dye cannot be used for fondant or marzipan. 

How to use
Shake the bottle before use. Drizzle some food colouring into your chocolate or ganache. Then stir this well until you get the right colour. 

Note: this dye cannot be used directly in a chocolate mould. You can use the Brand New Cocoa Butter Colour Spray  

for this purpose.
