Brand New Cake Chocolate Dye Green 11ml
Want to give your chocolate or cocoa mass a nice green colour? You can do so with this handy chocolate dye from Brand New Cake! It is recommended to use white chocolate as a base. With milk and dark it is quite difficult to get the desired colour because they are quite dark by themselves. 

Because the dye is oil-based, you can also use it to colour all kinds of other so-called 'fatty masses'. 

This dye cannot be used for fondant or marzipan. 

How to use
Shake the bottle before use. Drizzle some food colouring into your chocolate or ganache. Then stir this well until you get the right colour. 

Note: this dye cannot be used directly in a chocolate mould. You can use the Brand New Cake Cocoa Butter Colour Spray
