Brand New Cake Chocolate Dye Black 11ml
This Chocolate Dye from Brand New Cake is suitable for all so-called fatty masses. So you can colour (white) chocolate excellently with this dye. This dye is coconut oil-based, so it mixes well with chocolate. In addition, you can also use the dye to colour your ganache and black.

This dye cannot be used for fondant or marzipan. 

How to use
Shake the bottle before use. Drizzle some food colouring into your chocolate or ganache. Then stir this well until you get the right colour. 

Note: this dye cannot be used directly in a chocolate mould. You can use the Brand New Cake Cocoa Butter Colour Spray for this purpose.
