Brand New Cake Chocolate Dye Yellow 11ml
Use this yellow chocolate dye for colouring chocolate and cocoa butter. Note that it's best to use white chocolate then, as a dark colour is difficult to get yellow. As the dye is oil-based, you can also use it to colour all kinds of other so-called 'oily masses'. 

Please use this dye for colouring chocolate and cocoa butter.

This dye cannot be used for fondant or marzipan. 

How to use
Shake the bottle before use. Drizzle some food colouring into your chocolate or ganache. Then stir this well until you get the right colour. 

Note: this dye cannot be used directly in a chocolate mould. You can use the Brand New Cake Cocoa Butter Colour Spray
