Do you want to give your chocolates a beautiful red colour? You can with this handy chocolate dye! Ideal for adding a red colour to Santa s hat, for example. The dye is oil-based, so you can colour all kinds of so-called 'fat mass' with it.

This dye cannot be used for fondant or marzipan. 

How to use
Shake the bottle before use. Drizzle some food colouring into your chocolate or ganache. Then stir this well until you get the right colour. 

Note: this dye cannot be used directly in a chocolate mould. You can use the Brand New Cake Cocoa Butter Colour Spray
