Brand New Cake Chocolate Dye Blue 11ml
This Brand New Cake Chocolate Dye Blue is perfect for colouring oily mass or also called (white) chocolate. The dye is coconut oil-based, which ensures that it mixes well with chocolate. In addition, you can also use the dye to give the ganache in your chocolates a beautiful blue colour.

This dye cannot be used for fondant or marzipan. 

How to use
Shake the bottle before use. Drizzle some food colouring into your chocolate or ganache. Then stir this well until you get the right colour. 

Note: this dye cannot be used directly in a chocolate mould. You can use the Brand New Cake Cocoa Butter Colour Spray
