Molen de Hoop Raspberry cakemix 400 gr
A delicious raspberry-flavoured cake with small pieces of chocolate is what you make with the Molen de Hoop Frambozencake. With this ready-to-use mix, you can make a tasty cake very easily and quickly. 

Recipe for a cake 1.5 litres
400 grams of raspberry cake mix, 200 grams of butter or margarine and 200 grams (4 pieces) of eggs. 

Procedure
1. Bring all ingredients to room temperature. 
2. Preheat the oven to 150°C (hot-air oven 135°C). 
3. Place all products in a bowl and mix for 2 -3 minutes on medium-high speed. 
4. Grease a cake tin (1.5 litres) and pour in the batter. 
5. Place the tin in a preheated oven for about 60 minutes. 
If a paper baking tin is used then set the oven to 150°C for a baking time of 50 - 55 minutes. 

About Molen de Hoop
Molen de Hoop is a high windmill built in 1850 by H.B Meyer and 2 years later it was taken over by the Pijnappel family. As a result, the mill owned by this family for many years.  Since September 2014 Jan and his wife Henriëtte have run the now-growing company Gruttery-Mill "De Hoop" Oud-Zevenaar to the current operators: Frits and Maaike Botter. Frits is the miller and keeps the records, while Maaike runs the gruttery and manages the purchasing of luxury and gift items. It is hard work, but fortunately for the family it feels more like a hobby. Together, they make sure the mill keeps running.

Molen de Hoop supplies raw materials, such as flour and flour but also high-quality bread mixes and cake mixes. It is therefore not surprising that these products are very popular among hobby and home bakers who order from Baktotaal.

Sugar, wheat flour, white chocolate (4%), whole milk powder, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, natural vanilla flavouring, emulsifier E322, raspberry (3%), apple, raising agents E450, E500, emulsifiers E472b, E477, salt, glucose syrup, rice flour, thickeners E415, E440, vegetable fat, acidity regulator E330, colouring agent E160b. This product is produced in a facility that also processes gluten, nuts, sesame seeds and milk.
