The Colour Mill Aqua Blend Dye Red 20ml is a dye in a bright red colour, which will make your treat come alive and stand out nicely. The more food colouring you add, the more intense the colour becomes. So you can build up the colour yourself. As this food colouring is water-based, it is perfect for colouring products that are sensitive to fat and oil. These include macaroons, meringues, fondant, royal icing and even drinks. Please note! Aqua Blends are NOT suitable for colouring fatty products such as chocolate and buttercream. For colouring fatty products, it is best to use Colour Mill's oil blends. 

Use: Shake well before use. Add the pigment slowly, starting with a few drops. The more drops you add, the more intense the colour becomes. Tip! If there is time, let your coloured product stand overnight for best results.
