The Colour Mill Aqua Blend Dye Raspberry 20ml is a beautiful pink-purple colour. The intensity of the colour can be built up, by adding a few drops each time. The blend is water-based, making it perfect for colouring products that are sensitive to grease and oil. With the Aqua blend, you can colour royal icing, fondant, macarons and meringues, among others s. Please note that you should only use the dye for colouring products that do NOT contain fat. For colouring fatty products such as chocolate and cacoa butter, use Colour Mill's Oil Blends.

Use: Shake well before use. Add the pigment slowly, starting with a few drops. The more drops you add, the more intense the colour becomes. Tip! If there is time, let your coloured product stand overnight for best results.
