Colour Mill Aqua Blend Dye Burgundy 20ml has a wine red colour. Burgundy gives an elegant and classic look to your homemade treats. This dye is water-based and can therefore be processed well in products sensitive to fat and oil. For example, you could colour royal icing with it, but also macarons, fondant and meringues. Want to colour chocolate? That can be done with Colour Mill's oil blends and NOT with these aquablends.

Use: Shake well before use. Add the pigment slowly, starting with a few drops. The more drops you add, the more intense the colour becomes. Tip! If there is time, let your coloured product stand overnight for best results.
