The Colour Mill Aqua Blend Dye Merlot 20ml has a deep red colour. Perfect for when you are looking for a warm colour for your treats. This dye is water-based, making it perfect for colouring products that are sensitive to fat and oil. For example, you can use this dye to give a nice red colour to macarons, meringues, fondant, royal icing and drinks. Please note that you should NOT use this Aqua blend for colouring oily products such as chocolate. For those products, we recommend using the Colour Mill oil-based colourants.

Use: Shake well before use. Add the pigment slowly, starting with a few drops. The more drops you add, the more intense the colour becomes. Tip! If there is time, let your coloured product stand overnight for best results.
