Colour Mill Aqua Blend Dye Caramel 20ml is a water-based dye. You can recognise Colour Mill's aqua blends by the black jars. The blends are suitable for products that are sensitive to fat and oil. For example, give a nice caramel colour to macaroons, royal icing, fondant or meringue. It's even more fun if your baking also has a caramel flavour. Please note that the aqua blends are not suitable for chocolate and fatty products, for these you can use Colour Mill's oil blends.

Use: Shake well before use. Add the pigment slowly, starting with a few drops. The more drops you add, the more intense the colour becomes. Tip! If there is time, let your coloured product stand overnight for best results.
