Colour Mill Aqua Blend Dye Midnight 20ml has a dark blue colour. The dye is water-based, which is very useful for a number of baked goods such as macarons and meringue. The aqua blends can be recognised by the black jars and are especially meant for products that are sensitive to fat and oil. So for colouring oily products such as chocolate, you can NOT use the aqua blends, we recommend using Colour Mill's oil blends for those products.

Use: Shake well before use. Add the pigment slowly, starting with a few drops. The more drops you add, the more intense the colour becomes. Tip! If there is time, let your coloured product stand overnight for best results.
