Create the most delicious cake bases with Brand New Cake's biscuit mix. All you need to add are just eggs and water. With this cake mix, you can make 3 cakes of approximately Ø 24-26 cm or 20x20 cm. A biscuit forms the basis for many delicious cakes. You can also use the base in layers, to which you add cream or jam in between. So you can make the cake just the way you like it, using the biscuit dough as a base.

With the sponge cake mix, you can make the dough for a sponge cake base in no time. The mix is ready-to-use, just add water and eggs. Then the biscuit base can go into the oven. Depending on the kind of cake you want to make, you either put the filling in beforehand or afterwards. If the cake is filled, it may have to be put in the oven a little longer to allow the filling to cook properly too. You can vary endlessly with this.

330g BrandNewCake Biscuit mix 1kg, 250g egg, 35ml water.
Procedure
1.Preheat the oven to 175°C (hot air oven 160°C).
2. Mix the ingredients.
3. Beat the batter for 7-8 minutes on high speed
4. Then continue to mix on low speed for 2-3 minutes.
5. Fill a greased baking tin with the batter and bake the cake for 30-35 min.
