BrandNewCake Biscuit mix Sugar-free & Lactose-free 400g
Are you not so sweet-tempered and/or don't like or can't stand dairy products? Then try this sugar- and lactose-free sponge cake mix from Brand New Cake. With this mix, you can make a delicious sugar- and lactose-free sponge cake in no time at all. 

Recipe
400g sugar-free sponge cake mix, 80ml, water, 4 eggs size M (200g).

You can also use this mix to make a delicioussugar-free fraisier cake , a sugar-free donauwelle or a delicioussugar and lactose-free spring cake.

Procedure
1. Bring all products to room temperature.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (hot-air oven 160°C).
3. Mix the mix, eggs and water in a bowl. Beat for 7-8 minutes on the highest setting, then 2-3 minutes on low speed.
4. Fill a greased baking tin (1/2 to 2/3 full) and bake the biscuit in the oven for ± 45 minutes. It is best to use a baking tin with a diameter of 28 cm and a height of 5 cm. Do not open the oven in between! The biscuit is ready when it feels springy to the touch. Remove from the baking tin immediately after baking.
5. Then leave to cool on a wire rack.
