Make the tastiest cake bases very easily with the Brand New Cake Biscuit mix. All you need to add to the mix are eggs and water. With a biscuit base, you can make various cakes for different occasions. In addition, you can also cut the biscuits into thinner bases, so that you can put a delicious cream, cream or jam between them. In this way, you can make a cake entirely to your own liking!

The biscuit mix is ready-to-use and can be used immediately!
With this biscuit mix, you can make the batter for a delicious airy biscuit base in no time. The mix is ready-to-use and you only need to add water and eggs. You can then place the base in the oven. After baking, you can optionally cut the sponge cake in half horizontally with a Tart Saw/Capsule Saw to then fill the cake with cream or jam. There is endless variation with this sponge cake mix! 

Recipe for biscuit of Ø 24 - 26 / 20 x 20 cm
330 grams of sponge cake mix, 35 ml/gram water, 4 eggs size M (± 250 grams). 

Procedure

1. Preheat the ven to 175°C (hot air oven 160°C). 
2. Mix all ingredients together. 
3. Beat the batter for 7 - 8 minutes on the highest speed. 
4. Then continue on low speed for 2 - 3 minutes. 
5. Grease the baking tin.
6. Fill the greased baking tin with the batter. 
7. Bake the sponge cake for 30 - 35 minutes until done.
