You can go in any direction with this biscuit mix. You can use it to make cream cakes, birthday cakes, themed cakes and many other cakes. After baking, you can decorate the biscuit with fondant or butter cream. So you can put your very own twist on this biscuit mould. Recipe for a biscuit base Ø 24 - 26 / 20 x 20 cm
335 grams of biscuit mix, 265 grams of egg and 35 millilitres of water.
Preparation for the Brand New Cake Biscuit mix
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (hot-air oven 160°C).
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Beat the batter for about 7-8 minutes on the highest speed.
- Then beat the batter for another ±2 to 3 minutes on low speed.
- Fill a (greased) baking tin with the batter.
- Bake the cake in 30 to 35 minutes.
