With this Brand New Cake Biscuit mix, you can make lots of delicious airy basic cakes. Once the base is in place, the rest follows naturally, they say! You can go in any direction with this biscuit mix. You can use it to make cream cakes, birthday cakes, themed cakes and many other cakes. After baking, you can decorate the biscuit with fondant or butter cream. So you can put your very own twist on this biscuit mould. In addition, you can also use the biscuit mix to make a layer cake, wedding cake or rainbow cake. 

Aside from the fact that you can make a variety of cakes with the Brand New Cake Biscuit mix, the mix is also very easy to use. All you have to do is add water and eggs. A child can do the washing!

Recipe for a biscuit base Ø 24 - 26 / 20 x 20 cm
335 grams of biscuit mix, 265 grams of egg and 35 millilitres of water.

Preparation for the Brand New Cake Biscuit mix

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (hot-air oven 160°C).
2. Mix all the ingredients.
3. Beat the batter for about 7-8 minutes on the highest speed.
4. Then beat the batter for another ±2 to 3 minutes on low speed.
5. Fill a (greased) baking tin with the batter.
6. Bake the cake in 30 to 35 minutes.
