The Bold Cacao Butter Coloured Peachy 230g can be used to colour different types of chocolate. The coverage of this colour is good, but colour variation can occur. Are you going to colour dark chocolate with it? Then the chocolate will colour slightly darker than when you colour white chocolate with it.  Use: t- Temper the cacao butter again and shake well before use. Do not heat the cacao butter above 45°C.
