The Bold Cacao Butter Coloured Lemon & Lime 230g is a nice, fresh colour. This coloured cacao butter has a fresh yellow colour, but it depends on which chocolate is coloured with it. White chocolate turns yellow, but with milk and dark chocolate the end result becomes green. Use: temper the cacao butter again and shake well before use. Do not heat the cacao butter above 45°C.
