The Bold Cacao Butter Coloured Coral Red 230g has a red colour inspired by the coral reef. The colour can be used to colour chocolate. This product can be used for colouring all types of chocolate, but the colour may vary slightly. As shown in the picture, the left bonbon is slightly darker than the right one. This is due to the fact that the left bonbon is made of dark chocolate and the right bonbon is made of white chocolate.

Use: Reheat the cacao butter and shake well before use. Do not heat the cacao butter above 45°C.
