The Bold Cacao Butter Coloured Eggplant 230g has a dark purple colour. The coloured cacao butter can be used to colour chocolate. This product is suitable for colouring various types of chocolate, such as white, milk and dark chocolate. The colour aubergine has good coverage, so there is little difference in colour per chocolate type. The bottle contains 230 grams of cacao butter and is also available in a small 80-gram variant. 

Use: Reheat the cacao butter and shake well before use. Do not heat the cacao butter above 45°C.
