The Bold Cacao Butter Coloured Bordeaux 230g is a beautiful red colour. This bordeaux colour is the darkest red of the Bold cacao butters. Furthermore, the coloured cacao butter has great coverage, making the colour look almost the same on all chocolate. The bottle contains 230g and is also available in a smaller pack of 80g. This product is perfect for colouring chocolate, from which you will, for example, make bonbons or chocolate bars. 

Use: Reheat the cacao butter and shake well before use. Do not heat the cacao butter above 45°C.
