Bold Cacao Butter Coloured Deep Ocean 230g allows you to add a deep blue colour to chocolate. It can be used on both white and dark chocolate. The colour may vary depending on which chocolate is used. In the image with 2 chocolates, dark chocolate is used on the left and white chocolate on the right. 

Use: the cacao butter may need to be re-tempered and shaken well before use. Do not heat the cacao butter above 45°C.
