Bakels Muffin mix (15kg)
With the mix from Bakels you can make the most delicious muffins. This muffin mix will keep you going for a while, with its 15kg capacity you can of course make many muffins.

Directive recipe:
1000 g muffin mix
200 g water
300 g egg
350 g vegetable oil

Mix for 5 minutes with the butterfly whisk in 1st gear. Measure out 60-65g of batter into muffin trays. Baking temperature: 180 C.
Baking time: 25 minutes.

Storage advice: keep cool and dry

Packaging: 3-wall paper bag with PE inner coating à 15 kg
