Bakels Luxe wet cake mix (15 kg)
With this cake mix you can make delicious "wet" cake and fruit cake very quickly and easily. The cake mix holds the fruit very well. For extra flavour, you can add fruit, hazelnut or chocodrops to the recipe if you wish.

Recipe:
1000 grams of Bakels luxury wet cake mix
600 grams of butter or margarine
500 grams of eggs
Optional: 350 grams of fruit of your choice

Procedure:
Stir the creamy butter/margarine until smooth, then mix in the eggs and the luxury nate cake mix. Once this is mixed in, whisk the whole mass for about 5 minutes on setting 2. Store about 850 g/litre. After this, mix in the optional fruits. Oven temperature: 150-160 C Baking time: 50 to 60 minutes (500 g tins). Bake slowly and process everything at baking temperature.
