Bakels American Browniemix (15 kg)
Who doesn't love brownies! This American delicacy is also loved in the Netherlands. With this mix you can make delicious brownies.
Tip: you can also add sultanas or nuts to the filling.

Procedure/dosage:
1,000 g American Brownie Mix
250 g egg
200 g water
100 g butter
Optional: 125 g nuts and/or raisins

Mix the ingredients with the fin to a smooth batter. Approximately 3 min on setting 1 of the planetary mixer. Then briefly stir in the filling. Line a 60x40cm baking tray with baking paper and spread the batter on it (±2.5gr/square cm). Baking time: 45-60 min at 180 C.

Storage advice: keep cool and dry
