The Dreidoppel Compound Strawberry 1kg is a versatile flavour paste. It has a strawberry flavour, which is great in many different baked goods. Perfect for bavarois, pudding, buttercream or ice cream. The compound is also bake-proof, so you can also use it for a strawberry cake, for example. 

The compound has a clean label. This means that no additives have been added. One exception is citric acid. 

Ingredients: glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, strawberries (20%), food acid (citric acid), concentrates (black carrot, carrot), ethyl alcohol, starch, natural flavouring, concentrated strawberry juice. *Can contain traces of egg, milk, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts and pistachios.
