Dreidoppel Compound Cassis 1kg contains 15% blackcurrant concentrate and 11% aronia extract, giving the flavour paste a delicious cassis flavour. The paste is not bake-proof, but ideal for use in mousse, buttercream or ice cream. 

In addition, the cassis flavouring paste has a clean label. A clean label means that no additives, such as preservatives and colourings, have been added. An exception is citric acid. 

Ingredients: glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, concentrated blackcurrant juice (15%), aronia extract (11%), concentrates (black root, elderberry), ethyl alcohol, food acid (citric acid), starch, natural flavouring, concentrated blueberry juice. *Can contain traces of egg, milk, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, and pistachios. 
Nutritional value per 100g: energy: 1210kJ/285kcal, fat: 0.1g, of which saturated: 0.1g, carbohydrates: 58.3g, sugars: 39.5g, fibre: 0g, protein: 0.2g, salt: 0.06g.
