The Dreidoppel Compound Advocaat 1kg is an advocate-flavoured paste for flavouring cakes, desserts and ice cream. Delicious for giving quark cake, cheesecake or ice cream an advocaat flavour. The recommended dosage is 50 grams of compound to 1 kilogram of batter or other masses. 

Furthermore, this compound has a clean label. This means that no colourings, preservatives, modified starch and other additives have been added, with the exception of citric acid. 

Ingredients: eggnog (30%), glucose syrup, egg yolk powder, natural flavouring, invert sugar syrup, starch. *Can contain traces of milk, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts and pistachios. 
Nutritional value per 100g: energy: 1698kJ/406kcal, fat: 14g, of which saturated: 4.7g, carbohydrates: 35.4g, of which sugar: 27.1g, fibre: 0.2g, protein: 7.7g, salt: 0.12g.
