The Dreidoppel Compound Caramel 1kg gives cakes, cakes, ice cream and desserts a caramel flavour with a nice golden brown colour. It is bake-proof and ideal to give cheesecake or cupcakes a caramel flavour. Can also be used for buttercream, mousse or ice cream. 

Moreover, the compound has a clean label. Products with a clean label contain no additives, with the exception of citric acid.
