The Dreidoppel Compound Amaretto 1kg is a paste with which you can flavour various delicacies. The flavour is similar to marzipan and the paste is made of 22% amaretto liqueur. Delicious for flavouring cakes, desserts or pastries. 

Moreover, the compound has a clean label, which means that no additives have been added. So it does not contain colourings, preservatives and modified starches. However, the product may contain citric acid. 

Ingredients: glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, amaretto liqueur (22%), caramel sugar syrup, starch, natural flavouring. *Can contain traces of egg, milk, almonds, hazelnuts, , walnuts and pistachios.
