Brand New Cake Bavarois Powder Natural 150 g
Make a delicious bavarois easily and quickly with Brand New Cake's powder mix. With this Bavarois Powder Naturel, you can make a bavarois/mousse with a neutral flavour. To make the bavarois, all you need is some fresh ingredients and your delicious creation is ready to go! 

Recipe 
250 ml whipping cream, 50 g bavarois powder, 60 ml lukewarm water incl. flavouring.

Preparation
1. Whip the whipped cream until lumpy.
2. Mix the bavarois powder with the water and flavouring and carefully fold this mixture into the whipped cream immediately.
Prepare immediately before use, then leave to set in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Flavours: fruit juice (instead of water), a liquid concentrated flavouring or fresh fruit.
