Make a delicious strawberry bavarois with this help of this Bavaroise Powder Strawberry from Brand New Cake. You can also use the powder to make delectable strawberry-flavoured fillings or other dessert. All you need is some whipped cream to put on the table as something delicious.

Recipe
250ml whipped cream, 50g bavarois powder, 60ml lukewarm water.

Preparation
1. Whip the whipped cream until lumpy.
2. Mix the bavarois powder with the water and immediately carefully fold this mixture into the whipped cream.
3. Process immediately before use, then leave to set in the fridge for about 1 hour.
