Brand New Cake Bavarois Powder Chocolate 150g
Make your own chocolate bavarois very easily and quickly with Brand New Cake's Bavarois Powder Chocolate. You can also use the powder to make delicious fillings and/or desserts. After making the bavarois, you can decorate it with chocolate shavings, (candied/fresh) fruit or other delicious decorations. 

Recipe
250 ml whipping cream, 50 g bavarois powder, 60 ml lukewarm water.

Preparation
1. Whip the whipping cream until it is lumpy.
2. Mix the bavarois powder with the water and gently spoon this mixture directly into the whipped cream.
3. Immediately process for use, then leave to set in the fridge for about 1 hour.
