BrandNewCake Acetate foil roll 8 cm x 20 m
Acetate foil should obviously not be missing in your kitchen/bakery. Other names for acetate foil include cake tape, pastry foil, foil tape or inlay foil. It is used for lining cake, cut-out or garnish rings. This dissolves the product well and gives a nice and tight result.

This food-safe foil is suitable for use in cold and hot preparation applications, e.g. desserts, ice cream, bavaroise, mousse, bread pudding etc. The foil can be used be used at temperatures from -20°C to 100°C. en can be easily cut to the desired length.
