Brand New Cake Acetate Film Roll 12 cm x 20 m
This transparent acetate film band (also called pastry film, inlay film or acetate film) is ideal for use with pastry and petit fours moulds. The height of the foil band is 12 cm. The total length is 20 metres and is supplied on rolls.

This food-safe foil is suitable for use in cold and hot preparation applications, e.g. desserts, ice cream, bavaroise, mousse, bread pudding etc. The foil can be used at temperatures ranging from -20°C to 220°C. 

The foil can be easily cut to the desired length.
