Acetate foil should obviously not be missing in your kitchen/bakery. Acetate foil is also called foil tape, inlay foil, pastry foil or cake tape. It is used for lining cake, cut-out or garnish rings. This dissolves the product well, resulting in a tight result. 

This food-safe foil is suitable for use in cold and hot preparation applications, e.g. desserts, ice cream, bavaroise, mousse, bread pudding etc. The foil can be used at temperatures ranging from -20°C to 100°C. and can be easily cut to the desired length.
