This springform comes from Patisse's success series: Silver-Top. This baking tin is made of extra-heavy steel in a silver-grey colour. This product also includes a durable non-stick coating and other unique baking features.

This baking tin is not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.

It is best to polish the mould after use with kitchen paper or a cloth, this will keep the mould somewhat greasy which will best preserve the non-stick properties.
