This transparent acetate film band (also called pastry film, acetate film or inlay film) is ideal for use with pastry and petit fours moulds. The height of the film band is 40mm. Total length is 100 metres and is supplied on rolls.

This food-safe film is suitable for use in cold and hot preparation applications, e.g. desserts, ice cream, bavaroise, mousse, bread pudding etc. The foil can be used at temperatures ranging from -20°C to 100°C. and can be easily cut to the desired length.
