This springform comes from Patisse's success series: Silver-Top. This baking tin is made of extra-heavy steel in a silver-grey colour. In addition, this product contains a durable non-stick coating and other unique baking properties. Moreover, the mould has a high rim, perfect for when you want to make a tall cake.
