The Bold Cacao Butter Coloured Rust 80g has a beautiful rust orange colour. The coloured cacao butter can be used to colour different types of chocolate. The coverage is fine, but the colour can  vary from one type of chocolate to another. Depending on which chocolate you are going to colour, it will be lighter or darker. With dark chocolate, you can assume that the colour will be a lot darker than with white chocolate. Use:temper the cacao butter again and shake well before use. Do not heat the cacao butter above 45°C.
