The Bold Cacao Butter Coloured Brass Glitter 80g has a brass colour with a glitter effect. This dye can be used to give chocolate a coppery yellow colour. The brass colour gives a festive effect to the treat. Use it, for example, to make beautiful chocolates. This coloured cacao butter can be used on different types of chocolate and gives almost the same colour on both white and dark chocolate.
 
Use: The cacao butter may need to be re-tempered and shaken well before use. Do not heat the cacao butter above 45°C.
