Bold Cacao Butter Coloured Lemon & Lime 80g
The Bold Cacao Butter Coloured Lemon & Lime 80g has a bright yellow colour, but takes on a different colour with dark chocolate. When colouring white chocolate, the colour turns yellow and with dark chocolate, the colour goes towards green. Ideal for colouring summer bonbons or chocolates and also very nice to combine with the other colours of Bold. 

Use: temper the cacao butter again and shake well before use. Do not heat the cacao butter above 45°C.
