The Bold Cacao Butter Coloured Pitch Black 80g has a pure black colour. Perfect for combining with other colours. The black colour can be used to colour different types of chocolate. Nice if you are going to make your own chocolates at home, for example, but also perfect for chocolatiers. The pack contains 80g of cacao butter and is also available in a 230g bottle. 

Use: The cacao butter may need to be re-tempered and shaken well before use. Do not heat the cacao butter above 45°C.
