The Bold Cocoa Butter Coloured Coral Red 80g has a red colour inspired by the coral reef. With this coloured cacao butter, it is possible to colour various types of chocolate. The coverage of this colour is not perfect, so the colour can sometimes vary. When used on dark chocolate, the result will be darker red than when used on white chocolate. This bottle contains 80 grams of cacao butter. 

Use: Temperate the cacao butter again and shake well before use. Do not heat the cacao butter above 45°C.
