Wilton Dye Gel Red Red 28g
Beautiful food colouring in concentrated paste form. With this dye you can give butter crème, fondant, marzipan, icing, batter and of all doughs a great intense red colour.

Procedure:
Using a cocktail stick, remove a small amount of dye from the jar. Brush this onto the product to be coloured. For a darker colour, take a clean cocktail stick and again take a little dye from the jar and brush it onto the product to be coloured. Do you need to mix 2 colours? Then mix 2 separate parts of, for example, fondant first and then mix the parts together. Suitable for all water-based foods. Not suitable for colouring chocolate.

Maximum dose of use: 0.49g/100g

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant: glycerol (E422), water, colouring agent (E129, E110, E102), starch, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), sodium citrate (E331), thickener: agar (E406), preservatives (potassium sorbate) (E202), sodium benzoate (E211).
Please note: E129, E110 and E102 may adversely affect the activity or attention span of children.
Can contain sports milk, soy, wheat, peanuts’s, tree nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame and molluscs.
