Wilton Dye Gel Pink 28g
Beautiful food colouring in concentrated paste form. Use this food colouring to give butter crème, fondant, marzipan, icing, batter and of all doughs a great pink colour.
Procedure:
Using a cocktail stick, remove a small amount of dye from the jar. Brush this onto the product to be coloured. For a darker colour, take a clean cocktail stick and again take a little dye from the jar and brush it onto the product to be coloured. Do you need to mix 2 colours? Then mix 2 separate parts of, for example, fondant first and then mix the parts together. Suitable for all water-based foods. Not suitable for colouring chocolate.
Maximum dose of use: 0.08g/100g
Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant: glycerol (E422), water, colouring agent (E122, E102), starch, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), sodium citrate (E331), thickener: agar (E406), preservatives: potassium sorbate (E202), sodium benzoate (E211).
Please note! E102 and E122 may adversely affect the activity or attention span of children.
Can contain sports milk, soy, wheat, peanut’s, tree nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame and molluscs.
