Wilton Dye Gel Black 28g
Beautiful food colouring in concentrated paste form. This dye will give butter crème, fondant, marzipan, icing, batter and of all doughs a great black colour.
Procedure:
Using a cocktail stick, remove a small amount of dye from the jar. Brush this onto the product to be coloured. For a darker colour, take a clean cocktail stick and again take a little dye from the jar and brush it onto the product to be coloured. Do you need to mix 2 colours? Then mix 2 separate parts of, for example, fondant first and then mix the parts together. Suitable for all water-based foods. Not suitable for colouring chocolate.
Maximum dose of use:1.64g/100g
Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant: glycerol (E422), water, colouring agent (E153), starch, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), sodium citrate (E331), thickener: agar (E406), preservatives: potassium sorbate (E202), sodium benzoate (E211).
Can contain sports of milk, soya, wheat, peanuts’s, tree nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame and molluscs.
