    RUF Instant Gelatine Beef 30 g

    RUF Instant Gelatine Beef 30 g is a versatile ingredient for sweet and savoury dishes. Whether for jelly, glazes, cake creams, desserts or even homemade gummy bears – gelatine reliably provides the desired firmness. Unlike conventional gelatine, this variety does not need to be soaked or heated. It is simply stirred directly into the liquid, stirring constantly, until it has completely dissolved.

    Instant gelatine is made from beef and therefore offers an alternative to gelatine made from pork. It is suitable for clear jellies as well as firm cake fillings, desserts or aspic and can even be used to stabilise cream.

    Preparation

    Gradually add the instant gelatine to the liquid, stirring constantly, until it has completely dissolved.

    Preparation note: For clear jellies or firm cake fillings or desserts, the liquid should not be ice-cold, but at room temperature. Warmer liquids accelerate the dissolution process. Soaking or heating is not necessary.

    Examples of use:

    • Meat or vegetable aspic: Stir the contents of the sachet into 375–500 ml of liquid (depending on the desired consistency).
    • Desserts: Depending on the recipe, stir the instant gelatine into the liquid.
    • Fruit juices or wine: Stir the contents of the sachet into 500 ml of juice or wine.
    • Instant gelatine drink: Stir the contents of the sachet into milk, water or juice and drink immediately.
    • Stabilising cream: For 250 ml cream, mix 3 heaped teaspoons of instant gelatine with sugar and add to the still liquid cream while whipping.
